The idea behind Solvira Consulting grew out of a familiar and often frustrating experience: hiring consultants who arrive with great advice but leave behind even greater dependency. When they’re gone, you’re left with reports, but not the skills or capacity needed to move your organization forward.

Founder and Principal Consultant
Yaro is a dynamic organizational development consultant and executive health leader with over 20 years of experience transforming systems across health, social, private and non-for profit sectors. Yaro supports organizations to design human-centered, sustainable solutions.
Blending operational expertise with business acumen, Yaro has led major healthcare operations in various settings, building nationally recognized mental health programs and creating culturally safe spaces for marginalized populations.
Yaro took his skills outside of healthcare and into private business working with start ups and multi-national organization and to bring their dream to reality. With specializations in strategic planning, change leadership, and cross-sector collaboration Yaro partners with organizations to co-design practical and people-first strategies that build strong teams and deliver meaningful results.
Outside of work, Yaro is a fitness enthusiast and hands-on problem solver with a passion for DIY projects, and learning new skills.
